Myanmar to accept International Aid :-)

Official news said on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, American will be sending more aid, since Myanmar had agreed to open its door for more assistance from the international community in the wake of the cyclone that struck it's coast a couple of days back. India has also decided to follow America's footsteps and has flown 50,000 food packets to the disaster struck country. It’s a good news for all the victims, and food supply has already started arriving. It's believed, that the junta soldiers picked the best food for themselves, while spoiled foods were given to the public. More than 60,000 people have been reported missing by the authorities. It is feared that a number of deaths will swell up to 100,000. Epidemics have spread throughout the city, and many people require medical attention. Yangoon has poor infrastructure and airports, thus this has caused delay of food delivery. Yangoon’s airport can’t process the cargo fast. And the worst part, the junta only supplies very limited of helicopters. Americahas sent almost 55,000-pound load, including blankets by Tuesday.
